Hello, everyone. I'm Magnus Dalhammar and I'm Head of Investor Relations here at Investor. A warm welcome to you all to our Capital Markets update this afternoon. I'm standing here with Johan Forssell, and Christian Cederholm, Head of Patricia Industries. Johan, you actually announced in October that you will step down as CEO at our AGM in May. And Christian, this Monday, it was announced that you will take over. So before we start with today's agenda, I thought it would be interesting to hear a little bit more about this transition.
