Okay. Thank you, Viveka, and warmly welcome to this presentation. I will start with just briefly highlighting the third quarter. The third quarter was a strong quarter for Investor. We had the successful IPO of EQT on the stock market and we had high-profit growth in our subsidiaries within Patricia, up more than 20% in the quarter
