Thank you. Good morning. I am Dheeraj Pandey, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nutanix, Inc., and it is a pleasure to welcome you to Nutanix's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'll act as chairperson of this meeting. I've asked Tyler Wall, our Chief Legal Officer, to record the minutes of this meeting.
