Good morning, everyone. I'm Dheeraj Pandey, Chairman of the Board of the Directors of Nutanix, Inc. And it is a pleasure to welcome you to Nutanix's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will act as Chairperson of this meeting. I have asked Tyler Wall, our Chief Legal Officer, to record the minutes of this meeting.
