Good morning, everyone, and welcome to this conference call for the third quarter 2019. Joining me today, I have Lars Hoglund, Head of Investor Relations; and Annika Engler, Head of Group Accounting.
Let's start on Slide #5. Handelsbanken has for decades run a successful business based on local presence, long-term relationships and strong local decision-making power. This model is particularly well-suited for customers both private and corporate with strong cash flows and that want to have a long-term relationship with their bank. Like the bank, these customers strive for a stable financial position over time and low risk. The corporate customers where this model works best are property companies, tenant-owned associations and other owner-managed companies, smaller and larger.
