Welcome to this report -- our interim report Q3 2021.
I would like to start with this slide, trying to summarize where we're at and what the quarter has looked like. And this is yet another quarter where we do what we have said, and we see that in the results. And we have seen this in several quarters already that we noticed a difference in our expenses and also when it comes to revenue now the third quarter consecutively. This is the best financial result ever. We see a nice growth in revenue and also accumulated over the year.
Asset management continues to gain market share. And since a decade, we continuously take market share in new sales in our mutual funds in Sweden. And we also see that it looks good if we look in other geographies as well. And mortgages and property lending also grows at a steady rate, and we continue to see a good asset quality in our portfolio. And the capital situation is very strong. And all in all, the best
