Good morning, and welcome to this conference call for the second quarter 2020. Together with me today are Carl Cederschiöld, CFO; Lars Höglund, Head of IR; and [Annika Engler], Head of Group Accounting.
I will start the presentation on Slide #2. The second quarter has clearly been characterized by the ongoing pandemic. We have had a high activity in the bank to support our customers in different ways. We have also kept a high speed in our development of new tools to support both our customers and employees. And we have clearly seen results of these efforts.
Swedish private customer ranks Handelsbanken highest of all banks in terms of how the pandemic has been handled, and customer satisfaction has further strengthened during the spring. We have also seen strong growth during the quarter. Both lending, deposits and mutual fund volumes have grown nicely. This is -- this, in my mind, is evidence of satisfied customers
