Thank you, and good morning, everyone. I call this meeting to order, and welcome you to the Communications Systems, Inc. 2021 annual meeting of shareholders. You should now see our meeting agenda.

I would like to introduce the four individuals currently serving, current directors in addition to me. They are Randy Sampson, Richard Primuth, Steven Webster, and Michael Zapata, each of whom is present at this virtual meeting.

Also present is Matt Tredinnick, an audit partner of Baker Tilly US, LLP, the company's independent registered public accounting firm. I, Roger Lacey, will serve as the Chairman of the meeting, and Mark Fandrich, CFO and CSI's Secretary, will serve as Secretary for the meeting and will conduct the formal part of this annual shareholder meeting.
