Yes, good morning, everyone. Thanks for attending our call this meeting to order and welcome you to the Pineapple Energy Inc. 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. You should now see our meeting agenda. I'd like to introduce the six other individuals currently serving as directors in addition to me, they are Marilyn Adler, Thomas Holland, Scott Honour, Scott Maskin, Randall Sampson. Kyle Udseth, each of whom is present at this virtual meeting.
