Thank you. I call this meeting to order, and I am delighted to welcome you to this reconvened Communications Systems, Inc. special meeting of shareholders.

At March 16, 2022 special meeting of shareholders, the company's shareholders approved seven of the nine proposals. One proposal did not pass, and the meeting was adjourned until March 23, 2022, for one matter, proposal number one, the Pineapple merger proposal.

At the March 23, 2022 meeting -- will be reconvened, the meeting, until today to consider proposal number one, the Pineapple merger proposal.
