Good morning, and welcome to Royal Gold's virtual investor update. My name is Alistair Baker, and I'm the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development for Royal Gold.

We plan to hold in person Investor Day events last year in Toronto and New York, but unfortunately, travel restrictions forced us to cancel.
