We're very pleased to host Alistair Baker, the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Royal Gold. This year, we've made a particular emphasis on the royalty and streaming companies and a high inflationary environment, they don't suffer CapEx and OpEx inflation. But if inflation drives up the price of gold or silver or copper, they benefit. So we think that the large royalty streaming companies are a safer play than new mine or Barrick or most of the producers. Alistair, please tell us everything that's going on in Royal Gold.
