Good morning, everyone. It is 9:30, and it is March 21, 2019, which means that it's Skanska's Capital Markets Day. I am André Löfgren, and I am heading up Investor Relations at Skanska. And I'm very happy to welcome you all to a full house today, actually. And luckily, as well we have a webcast, so there are more viewers out there today. So this is going to be exciting, I really hope, and I hope you think so as well.
Just want to start off with a few words about safety. We have 4 exits: 2 in the back and 2 in the front.
