Welcome, everyone. I'm Andre Lofgren and I'm heading up Investor Relations at Skanska. We are about to kick off the presentation of our 3-month report for 2019. It's held here in Stockholm live at our headquarters, but there's also a bunch of participants on the web and you will all be able to ask questions after the presentation.
