Welcome, everyone. It is 10:00 a.m. My name is André Löfgren, and I'm heading up Investor Relations at Skanska. And I would like to welcome you to the presentation of our full year report for 2019. Thank you, André. Good morning. Before I go into the highlights of this report, I wanted to look at this picture. It's Bank of America tower in Houston in Texas, a project that we have developed. We have constructed it. And in the fourth quarter, we divested the project. We divested 90% of the project actually, for an amount of SEK 3.5 billion. And this is the largest divestment ever in
