Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Sonic Healthcare Limited's 2022 Annual General Meeting. And I'm Mark Compton. As Chairman of Sonic's Board of Directors, I will chair today's meeting. And isn't it great? I acknowledge we've got a number of people online, it's a hybrid meeting, but it's also lovely to see people in the room here at the InterContinental in Sydney and see shareholders in 3 dimensions again after a hiatus of 3 years. So lovely to see you back.
Before we start the meeting, I'm aware that we are spread across different parts of the country and possibly the world today. And I'd like to acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land where I'm currently standing and pay my respects to their elders, past, present and emerging.
