Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Sonic Healthcare Limited's 2023 Annual General Meeting. I'm Mark Compton, and as Chairman of Sonic's Board of Directors, I will chair today's meeting.
Before we start the meeting, I'm aware that we are spread across different parts of the country and indeed the world today. And I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet, the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation and pay my respects to their elders past and present. And I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples here today. I've been advised there is a quorum present, and therefore I declare the meeting open.
