I'd like to just take a moment and welcome our former Chairman, Chuck Urtin, who is here with us today. We're so happy that you're here. And I'd also like to acknowledge Robert, whose great grandfather was the Governor of Pennsylvania and grew up in Plumville, where our CEO grew up as well. So we welcome you today as well Robert.

Yes. So great history there. So thank you for being with us. My name is Christine Toretti. And as Chairman of the Corporation, I will serve as Chairman of this Annual Meeting. I've asked our Corporate Secretary, Ernie Draganza, to serve as Secretary for this morning's meeting.
