Okay. Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to this presentation by Standard Chartered. My name is Nick Lord, and I cover the Hong Kong and Southeast Asian banks at Morgan Stanley. I'm very happy today to be joined by Andy Halford, the CFO of Standard Chartered. And we're going to run through some sort of chat for about 20 minutes or so, and then we'll open it up for Q&A.
Before we do that, there is a question, a survey questions we asked, answered.
