Great. Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and thanks for joining us today to discuss our first quarter 2019 financial results. I'm joined by Gigi Wong, our CFO; Ugo Bizzarri, VP, Investments; Brad Trotter, VP, Origination and Asset Management; and Scott Rowland, Portfolio Management.
