Good afternoon, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Timbercreek Financial. My name is Blair Tamblyn, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of the company.
Joining us online are the other officers and some of the directors of the company, including myself, Tracy Johnston, Chief Financial Officer; John Walsh, Corporate Secretary; and Scott Rowland, CIO, the Manager and Director of the company.
