Hello, ladies and gentlemen, the Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Canada, Mr. Jean Houde.
[Interpreted] Good morning, everyone, shareholders, clients, employees. As it was just mentioned, my name is Jean Houde, and as Chair of the Board and chair of this annual meeting, I am pleased to welcome you here once again this year. I am accompanied by Louis Vachon, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Dominic Paradis, Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary, who will act as secretary of the meeting. The Board members of the bank are present in the front rows with the exception of Lino Saputo, Jr. who has commitments outside the country. I will introduce them when the time comes to proceed with their election. They join with me in welcoming you.
