National Bank of Canada Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
[Interpreted] Good morning. Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Jean Houde. As Chairman of the Board, I am delighted that you are joining us for the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the bank. With me are Laurent Ferreira, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Dominic Paradis, Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary, who will act as Secretary of the meeting. Also present online are the members of the Board of Directors and the members of the office of the President, who are joining us to give you a warm welcome. I will have the opportunity to introduce to you the directors when time comes for their election. I would also like to welcome the representatives of Deloitte, who are also online.
