Good day, and welcome to the SmartCentres REIT Q1 2020 Conference Call. Today's conference is being recorded. And at this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Mr. Peter Forde, President and CEO. Please go ahead, sir.
Thank you, and good evening. Welcome to the SmartCentres Q1 2020 Conference Call. Joining me on the call today are Mitch Goldhar, Executive Chairman; Peter Sweeney, Chief Financial Officer; and Rudy Gobin, EVP, Portfolio Management and Investments.
