Wajax Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Wajax Annual [Meeting]. I'd like to call the meeting. I'm Bob Dexter, I am Chairman of the Board and I will act as Chairman of the meeting. At the head table is Mark Foote, President and Chief Executive Officer, and one of the nominees for election as a director today; next to Mark is Stuart Auld, our newly appointed Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer; and next to him is Andrew Tam, who is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and will be secretary of the meeting. I will begin by appointing Pina Pacifico and Jamie Bajzik from Computershare to act as scrutineers. Can I ask Pina and Jamie to raise a hand to identify themselves.
Thank you. Notice of the meeting was mailed on April 10, 2019, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on April 2, 2019. I'm advised that quorum is present, and I therefore declare the meeting properly constituted for the transaction of business.
