To my immediate left is Iggy Domagalski, our President and CEO and one of the nominees for election to the -- as a Director today. Next to Iggy is Stuart Auld, our Chief Financial Officer; and beside Stuart is Andrew Tam, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Andrew will act as the Secretary of today's meeting.
With the appointment of scrutineers, I'll begin by appointing Daniela Munoz from Computershare to act as a scrutineer. And Daniela, could you just raise your hand so that people identify you. The meeting has been regularly constituted and notice has been sent and quorum is present.
Notice of meeting was mailed on April 4, 2023, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, '23. And a quorum is present, and I therefore declare the meeting to be properly constituted for purposes of transaction of business. Just advice on conducting our votes.
