Wajax Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Welcome to Wajax Corporation 2021 Annual Meeting. I will now turn the call over to Mark Foote.
Thank you, and welcome to Wajax' Annual Meeting. I'd like to call the meeting to order.
I am Mark Foote, President and CEO, and one of the nominees for election as a director today. I'll act as the Chairman for today's meeting. With me is Andrew Tam, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and Andrew will act as the Secretary for today's meeting.
I'll begin by appointing Pina Pacifico from Computershare to act as Scrutineer. Pina is participating via the webcast. The notice of the meeting was mailed on April 7, 2021, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2021. I'm advised a quorum is present and I therefore declare the meeting properly constituted for transaction of the business.
Under the circumstances, I've asked Mr. Tam to move today's motions and I will second them. If shareholders have questions relating to a motion, they may be submitted
