Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone. I hope everyone is doing well and off to a good start in 2020. I'm joined this morning by Enver, our CFO. So let's just jump right into it on Slide 3.
2019 was another record year for BAWAG Group, our second full year as a public company. We delivered profit before tax of EUR 604 million, a net profit of EUR 459 million. A pro forma earnings per share of EUR 5.22, and a pro forma return on tangible common equity of 17.3%. Just to remind everybody, the pro forma adjusts for share buyback completed in the fourth quarter of last year.
