Good morning, everyone. I hope everyone's keeping well. I'm joined this morning by Enver, our CFO.
It goes without saying that 2020 was a year like no other. But our performance this past year was a true testament to the quality of our people, the franchise and our strategic focus over the years.
So let's start with the full year 2020 highlights on Slide 3. We delivered annual net profit of EUR 284 million, earnings per share of EUR 3.19 and a return on tangible common equity of 10.2% in 2020. The underlying operating performance of our business remain solid,
