(foreign language) Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, shareholders. We're going to begin the general meeting of Santander Bank in accordance with the law and our company bylaws. The official notice of the call to the meeting was published on March 4, 2019, on the web page of the CNMV on the company-registered official gazette and in the webpage of Santander corporate page. It's also -- it was also published in the dailies, [El Norte] and El Diario Montañés. Notice to the call of this meeting was provided to the attendees who were coming into the meeting and is available to you in the shareholder's office and at the Notary's desk.
I must also inform the shareholders that the minutes of this meeting will be drawn out by a Notary. For that we have with us Notary, Juan de Dios Valenzuela GarcÃa, whom I'd like to introduce to the shareholders. Mr. Notary, could you please stand up?
