Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining today to this call and, even more, given the short notice. I am Sergio Gámez, Head of IR. And obviously, with me, José GarcÃa Cantera, the Group Chief Financial Officer.
The purpose of this call, it is just to share some additional information on the -- what we announced today regarding the offer to acquire the outstanding minority shareholdings in Santander México as well some updated guidance for the full year. Jose will address both in the following minutes and, obviously, delighted to take your questions after that. I think we have around half an hour. As you know, today, also we are a bit tight on the schedule. Obviously, the team is always at your disposal for any follow-up.
