Good morning, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, shareholders. The Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Banco Santander called pursuant to law and the bylaws is going to begin.
The official announcement of call to meeting was published on February 25 on the website of the National Securities Market Commission and on the bank's corporate website where it has been published until today and on February 26 in the EL PAÃS, La Razón, Alerta and El Diario Montañes newspapers. The full text of the announcement of the call to meeting is also available to you at the shareholders' office and at the notary's desk. Remote attendees can view it in the application to which they are connected.
