Good morning. This morning, it's my pleasure to introduce the management of Ecolab. Ecolab is the global leader in cleaning chemicals, chemicals for the energy market and water treatment chemicals.
Representing Ecolab is Dan Schmechel who is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Dan, in the old days, was a petroleum engineer and worked for Exxon, so as a chemical analyst, he's close to our hearts. He'll provide his presentation and then I think he'll take some questions at the end. Dan?

It's true; my experience in the oil and gas business goes back even a little further than that. I grew up in it. My father was involved in it his whole life.
