Good morning. I'm Doug Baker, Ecolab's Executive Chairman. Welcome to Ecolab's Annual Meeting of Stockholders. It is again in virtual format only because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Joining me today is Mike McCormick, our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, who will be conducting the formal portion of the meeting. Following that portion of the meeting, Christophe Beck, our President and CEO, will address our recent financial performance and speak to you about Ecolab's business opportunities.
