All right. Good morning, everybody. Thank you for joining us here at our Virtual America Select. Unfortunately, we're not in person in London, even though I think we all thought we would be, but hopefully, next year. But either way, we're really happy to have with us, again, representing Ecolab, Christophe Beck. Many of you have seen Christophe over the years at this conference, but this will be his first appearance as CEO. So congratulations on the recent title, Christophe, and thank you for being here. Christophe is going to run through a presentation and talk us through the Ecolab business. And after that, we might have some time for a few follow-up questions.
