For those of you who don't know me: My name is Manav Patnaik. I'm (inaudible) services analyst.
And we're really happy to kick off this morning, on our end at least, with Ecolab. And we have with us Christophe Beck, who was a regular attendee at the conference, took a 2-year break. And now he's back as COO, recently promoted. So congrats, Christophe.
And he's going to run through a presentation. And if he has a -- 10 minutes or so at the end, we're happy to take questions or we'll just do a quick Q&A.
