Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to welcome you to this Annual General Special Meeting of the Shareholders of the North West Company, Inc.
My name is Sandy Riley, and I'm the Director of the North West Company and Chairman of the Board, and I will act as Chairman of today's meeting.
So I'll now call the meeting to order. I'd like to welcome all of our shareholders and guests, especially those who've traveled to Winnipeg to attend, and also those who've joined via webcast. I also thank those shareholders who submitted their proxies in advance to this meeting.
So good morning, and welcome, everybody. Before we begin, I'd like to acknowledge that we're meeting on Treaty 1 Territory, and the traditional homeland of the Metis Nation.
