Thank you, and good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to our Q3 conference call. I'd like to introduce on our call from North West this afternoon, Amanda Sutton, our VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary; John King, our Chief Financial Officer; Alex Yeo, who is the President of our Canadian Retail Group; and Dan McConnell, who is the President of our International Retail Group.
