Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of The North West Company. My name is Sandy Riley, and I'm a Director of the North West Company and Chairman of the Board. I'd like to start off by acknowledging that we are gathered on ancestral lands on Treaty 1 territory. These lands are the heartland of the Métis people, and we acknowledge that our water is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.
We're pleased to host today's meeting through a virtual meeting platform accessible to all our shareholders regardless of physical location to participate, submit questions and vote. I'm going to act as Chairman of today's meeting, and I'm now going to call to order. So good morning, and welcome.
