National Storage Reit Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. On behalf of the Board of National Storage REIT, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting. My name is Laurence Brindle, and I am Chairman of National Storage Holdings Limited, the shares of which are stapled to units in the National Storage Property Trust and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as National Storage REIT. I'm also Chairman of National Storage Financial Services Limited, the responsible entity of the National Storage Property Trust and have been appointed as Chairman for the meeting of unitholders of the trust, which will be run contemporaneously today.
Today's meeting is being held via online via the Lumi platform. This allows security holders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting.
