Good morning, all. I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today as well as the traditional custodians of the land on which our centers are located across Australia and New Zealand, and I'll pay my respects to elders, past, present and emerging.
On behalf of the Board of National Storage REIT, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting. My name is Anthony Keane, and I'm the Chairman of National Storage Holdings Limited. The shares of which are stapled to the units in the National Storage Property Trust and is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as National Storage REIT.
