Thank you all for joining us as we present our results for the first half of 2021. One of the leading Board members yesterday said something remarkable to us. It was actually quite dramatic. And she said, you launch straight into the hardheaded operating environment and competitive issues, and you say nothing about a 1 in 100-year event that has had a profound impact on humanity and is probably the single biggest plague and pandemic that humankind has known. In response to what she said, I think it's appropriate even today for us just to mark the impact on humanity that COVID has had and just to nod to those that have fallen and to the gallant people that are fighting this pandemic, whether they be clients, shareholders or our own staff.
