All right, everyone. We're going to get started. I am very pleased to have BB&T with us, fresh on the heels of its mega merger with SunTrust. I think this is the company's first presentation following the announcement of the deal last month. All in, the transaction represents the third largest M&A deal in the bank space in history and will create the sixth largest bank in the U.S. by assets. Very pleased to have CFO, Daryl Bible, who'll remain CFO of the combined company when the deal closes sometime in the fourth quarter; and Director of Investor Relations, Rich Baytosh, with us today.
