All right. Well, with that out of the way, thanks to everybody for joining us this morning. We are pleased, thrilled, delighted to have Kelly King with us, Chairman, President and CEO of BB&T, 10 years as CEO, 9 years as Chairman and in charge of the most interesting MOE that we've seen this decade. This century, I guess, we could say.
So before we kick off with questions, we do have some polling questions to go through, we have 3. The first one is when do you expect the merger between BB&T and SunTrust to close? Do you expect: a, before September 12, Kelly's birthday; b, 4Q '19; or c, in 2020? Just give us a sense as to when you're expecting -- when do you have modeled in to your pro formas here?
