Good morning, everyone. I'm Kate Cheetham, Lloyds Banking Group's General Counsel and Group Company Secretary, and I'm delighted to welcome you to our live virtual shareholder event today.

Before I outline what you can expect from today's session, I just want to say a few words about arrangements for our 2021 Annual General Meeting on 20th of May. As you'll no doubt be aware, in light of the ongoing restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and the law preventing large gatherings, we've had to adapt our plans for the 2021 AGM. Earlier this week on our website and in The Mirror and Daily Mail today, we announced that the AGM will now take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Center to allow for the possibility that we may be able to accommodate a limited number of shareholders in person at the AGM, subject to attendance restrictions, social distancing and other safety requirements.
