Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for joining us here for the personal auto insurance symposium here with UBS. I'm Brian Meredith. I am the insurance analyst, and it is my great pleasure to have our next fireside chat here with Kemper. We've got Joe Lacher, who's the President and CEO; and Jim McKinney, who is the Chief Financial Officer, to talk about all the stuff going on at Kemper in the personal auto insurance market.
