Good afternoon. I'm Greg Peters. I'm the analyst covering insurance for Raymond James. And pleased to introduce our last presenter for day 1 of the 44th Annual Institutional Investors Conference for Raymond James. Honored to welcome back Kemper, who has been participating in our conference for several years now.
First, to begin with. From management, we have Joe Lacher, CEO; Jim McKinney, who serves as the CFO; and last but certainly not least, would be Karen Guerra, who serves as the Investor Relations Officer. So today's format, it's a 30-minute presentation. We're going to conduct it as a fireside chat, just asking questions. And then there will be a breakout session afterwards downstairs where there'll be another informal 30 minutes of Q&A, if needed.
