Hi there. Good afternoon, everybody. I guess -- what the heck am I doing, it's not quite noon. We're 5 minutes shy. So anyway, I appreciate everybody's attention and time here, and I'll be probably the 10th person today to welcome you to Cowen's TMT Conference. We really appreciate everybody coming out. And for those that are on the webcast, welcome to you as well.
We're really happy to be joined by Eric, the CFO of Microchip. And I guess we'll just kick it off this way. I think there's no shortage of news in the semiconductor market these days in all the different markets that you guys play in. So I might just kick it to you to give some opening comments and if there's any update in the business in the last couple of weeks given a lot of news flow we've had, we'd appreciate it. And I have a bunch of questions and probably some from the audience as well.
