Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Raji Gill. I'm the semiconductor and auto tech analyst here at Needham & Company. We're very pleased to have Microchip with us today at our Fifth Annual Automotive Tech Conference. Presenting for Microchip is Eric Bjornholt, the CFO; as well as Matthias Kaestner, Vice President of the Automotive division for Microchip.
