Good afternoon, everyone. This is Vivek Arya, senior Semiconductor and Semi-cap Equipment analyst at Bank of America Securities. Really honored and delighted to have Steve Sanghi, Chief Executive Officer, and Eric Bjornholt, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Microchip, join us this afternoon to share their views. And as everyone saw, Microchip positively preannounced yesterday, which definitely helped the semiconductor stocks today.
